![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Now before we get started, I'll let you know that while I'm sketching in Inventor, I don't use these tools all that often. Specifically we're going to look at Move, Copy, and Rotate. We're now in the sketch environment, and we can talk a little bit about how to edit geometry. We can do this by clicking Create 2D Sketch on the toolbar, and then selecting one of the planes from the origin geometry that is presented. Now that we're in a blank part file we need to start a new sketch. I'm going to start a new part file by clicking New on the toolbar, selecting Standard.ipt, and then hitting Create. Now that you've learned how to create geometry, we can circle back and talk a little bit about how to edit that geometry. ![]()
